Shipping policy

Order processing times:
Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Durning seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times:
We currently yo both ship to both United States and Canada with plans to expand to new countries in 2023. Ship out all of our orders in the United States 4-16 business days. As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner or later durning busy periods. 

We recommend ordering prior to December 9th if you like you order to arrive before Christmas.

Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimated and due to variables in delivery times and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping time. Thank you!
