Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from inked3. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way are not eligible for return.
Please note, some items may not be eligible for return. This includes any products with custom printing or embroidery, as well as products that have been customized with a customer's personal design.
If you believe your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team at support@inked3.com to initiate the process. We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If it does, we will start process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we are not able to refund any shipping charges or custom fees associated with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
